Cancellation/No Show Policy
24 hours cancellation notice is required of all appointments.
Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be subjected to a 100% charge of session fee. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will also be subjected to a 100% charge of your session fee.

Late Arrivals
If you show up late to your appointment, the time will be deducted from your session time. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and time can not be taken away from other clients to accommodate late arrivals.
Sickness
If a client is ill, with a cold or the flu (including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, fever, runny nose), or any other communicable/contagious disease, please reschedule your appointment. If you have any kind of contagious skin disease or rash, please call and reschedule.

Client and Therapist Safety
Massage Therapy is intended for therapeutic purposes only. Any sexual conduct is prohibited and will result in the session being terminated and the police being called. The therapist can terminate any session at their discretion, not limited to vulgarity, safety concerns, and sexual misconduct by the client.
At any time that the client feels uncomfortable for any reason, the client has the right to also terminate the session. You may report any therapist to the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy, as well as the local authorities.
